In winter, your yoga vacation becomes even more delightful with cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing or torch-lit evening walks.
The Sivananda Yoga Retreat House, nestled on a sunny slope overlooking the village of Reith, affords magnificent views of the Tyrolean Alps. The famous winter resort Kitzbühel, one of the most picturesque towns in the Alps, is just four kilometres away.
More than 50 years of experience
After more than 50 years of teaching yoga in the West, we have vast experience in the use of integral yoga techniques as a practical enrichment for everyday life. In workshops and special asana classes, you will learn various exercise series that you can also practise at home. The yoga vacation offers a diverse set of seminars on asanas and pranayama, health, stress management, Ayurveda and nutrition. The weekly cooking workshop shows you how you too can prepare healthy, fresh and energising dishes at home in no time at all.
The Seminar House is open year round. You can come at any time and stay as long as you like. We recommend a stay of several days so that you can learn all aspects of yoga, step by step.
