The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre is located in southwest London, an area bordering the south bank of the River Thames. The Centre is an oasis of peace and calm. The teaching spaces are quiet with large skylights bringing in an abundance of natural light. The new Sivananda Peace Garden has created a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Eastern Europe – Poland

Since 2005, the Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course has also been held in Eastern Europe.

In 2010, it will take place in Poland at the ‘Lesnik’ Centre for Education and Vacation near Ustka (115 km west of Gdansk) behind the beautiful sand dunes of the Baltic seacoast. Surrounded by broad expanses of forest, this peaceful place is ideal for the intensive practice of yoga and meditation. For more information >>

Vrindavan, North India   

Vrindavan, which is situated 150 km (2.5 hours) south of Delhi, has countless temples, making it one of the holiest places in India. The Jai Singh Ghera Ashram, a spiritual oasis with its manicured courtyard and beautiful temple gardens, lies directly on the banks of the holy Yamuna River. The guest rooms (with fan and detached bath) are located above a large auditorium built in the classical Rajasthan style.
