This video was made by Shambu, who participated in the Advanced Teachers' Training Course in Rudraprayag, March 2013, during a lecture-free day. It shows our basic morning yoga practice and a group temple visit, walking over the Ganga bridge right below Monal Resort to Koteshwara Mahadeva temple and further on to the Chamunda Devi temple in Rudraprayag at the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.
