Sadhana Intensive

Sadhana Intensive is a two-week programme developed by Swami Vishnudevananda. It is based on the traditional yoga practice that he followed when he spent more than six months doing intensive Sadhana in the Himalayas. Swami Vishnudevananda often mentioned that this period of intensive practice is what gave him the energy to spread the teachings of yoga in the West for nearly 40 years.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of the Sivananda Teachers’ Training Course, as well as good physical and mental health due to the very intensive nature of the course.

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course.
