The popularity of Ayurvedic food comes as no surprise: It tastes delicious and is a healthy alternative to conventional food choices.
In this week-long course you will learn how to cook dishes for two and for larger groups of family and friends, and make everyone happy in the process – the figure-conscious, the vegetarian connoisseurs, the hobby chefs as well as you, the host.
There will be two lectures and one cooking workshop daily. Cooking together and sharing meals is an important and wonderful part of community living.
The rest of the day follows the yoga vacation schedule: You will have time to participate in one of the asana classes and in the morning and evening meditation.
Subjects: grains; beans, lentils & co.; vegetables; spices; easy and affordable recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner; healthy diet for your body type; and much more.
Mr and Mrs Kulkarni have spent the last 20 years teaching Ayurveda around the world. They use their profound expertise to give practical advice on how to prevent disease and develop radiant health.
