Cancellation policy
There are no refunds in case of cancellation or earlier departure. A credit note will be issued valid for another visit, minus an administrative fee of 20 Euros. This credit note is not transferable and not valid in the boutiques of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres.
The credit note is valid for one year.

Rules for guests of the ashram
Yoga retreats are held at the Sivananda Ashram, a spiritual environment away from the noise and disturbances of daily life. We kindly ask that all guests and residents abide by these rules as they play an essential part in maintaining the pure environment and elevating vibrations necessary for the practice of yoga and meditation.

1. Attendance in daily meditations and asana classes is mandatory. Lack of attendance may result in dismissal from the Ashram.
2. Meat, fish, eggs, onions, garlic, alcohol, cigarettes and drugs are strictly prohibited during your stay.
3. Full payment for the duration of stay is required upon arrival. In case of early departure a credit note can be issued valid in any of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres and Ashrams except towards purchase of boutique articles. No cash refund.
4. Please wear loose, modest clothing. No tight clothing. Nudity is forbidden. Only spiritual books and pictures are permitted.
5. The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
6. Please help maintain the peace and purity in the meditation room.
7. Loud music, cooking, candles and incense are not permitted in the rooms or tents.
8. One hour daily community service (Karma Yoga) such as gardening, maintenance, organising… would be greatly appreciated.
